Provide Personal Salary Range information and run compatibility assessment.
🚨 This process applies only to Personal Salary Range. In case of Standard Salary Range, INVITES are automatically handled by computers and no human action is needed.
1. When an INVITE is sent to a candidate who accepts to participate to the process, the Recruiter receives a notification (email and notification center).
2. Click on the notification link.
3. Enter the minimum and maximum salary that you are willing to offer and the currency applicable to this candidate.
💡 Numbers are rounded to down to 500. If you indicate a salary of 25478, it will be rounded down to 25000.
4. Press "Submit"
5. The candidate will receive notification that it is time for them to enter their salary expectations in the mobile app and you will be notified when results are ready to be computed.
Only users with Recruiter permissions can run compatibility assessments.
🚨 Only the Recruiter who entered the personal salary range for the candidate can generate their salary compatibility assessment, from the same device. If you change the Recruiter during the process, the INVITE won't be finalized and a new invite must be sent to the candidate.
1. When the candidate enters their salary expectations, the Recruiter receives a notification (email and notification center).
2. Click on the notification link.
3. When you click on the link, your computer will compute results and generate the compatibility assessment.
4. The compatibility assessment result will appear on your screen: green, orange or red.
5. The candidate will receive notification that the compatibility assessment is ready for their review.
6. After the candidate reviews the assessment, the option to request answers disclosure will be available to the candidate and the company.
