FAQ

1. How can I get started with the Free plan?

Fill in the sign-up form to get started with the Free plan. We will then conduct a quick KYC to make sure that you are who you say you are and we will set up your free account.

2. Is there a time limit to the Free plan?

No! You can stay on the free plan as long as it exists. The free plan is a light version of the pro plan, with exactly the same features. It is limited to one user and one active project. This means that if you want to make the self-check available to more than one job posting at a time, you will need to upgrade to a pro plan.

3. How can I subscribe to the pro or enterprise plan?

To subscribe to a paying plan, you should contact us at sales@becandid.tech. We will discuss your needs in terms of number of active projects, users and features, to identify the best plan and pricing for you.

4. What do you mean with active project?

Having 1 active project within your plan means that you can use the tool for one job at a time. An active project is a project that you put as "active" within the platform. If you archive the project, you can then create a new one for a new job and put it as active. The number of SELF-CHECKS and INVITES that can be done for each active project depends on your pricing plan.

5. Is it possible to add more users or projects to a plan?

Yes! We have User Packs and Project Packs available for the Pro and Enterprise plans. When you contact us to subscribe, we will identify your exact needs and provide a pricing. It is not possible to add additional users or projects to the Free plan.

6. Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes! Subscribing to a yearly plan will allow you to save some money, as you will pay the equivalent of 10 months for a full year.

7. What payment methods do we accept?

We are partnering with Stripe for payment. Recurring payment by credit card or SEPA direct debit is required for the monthly pro plan. For the annual pro plan and the enterprise plan, payment by direct debit (SEPA) or bank transfer is required.

8. Can I cancel at anytime?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@becandid.tech. Your account will be active until the end of the subscription period. If you have pending invites or self-checks in your platform, you will be able to finalize them during a grace period of 30 days after the end of your subscription. At the end of the grace period, your account will be downgraded and projects deactivated.
