Learn how to manage salary feedback invites received from candidates.
We offer to candidates the opportunity to send free salary feedback invites to companies with whom they are in a recruitment process.
1. You receive a BeCandid email invite to share salary feedback from a candidate.
2. Click on the link in the email.
3. A web app opens. Approve or decline the candidate's request.
4. Before approving, you'll need to approve the Terms of Use of the BeCandid mobile app and lite.becandid.tech web app.
5. Enter the minimum yearly base salary and maximum yearly base salary for the position, as well as the currency.
6. The candidate will be invited to share their salary expectations in the mobile app.
7. When step 6 is completed, you'll receive an email inviting you to generate the salary compatibility assessment.
8. At the end of the process, you'll know if your salary range is compatible with the candidate's salary expectations:
A green light 🟢 means that your salary range is higher than the candidate's salary expectations.
An orange light 🟠means that your salary range includes the candidate's salary expectations.
A red light 🔴 means that your salary range is lower than the candidate's salary expectations.
9. Your answers and the candidate's will stay secret.
